The Dell Optiplex XL 590 has a S3 86C864 (Vision864)(from 1993), with up to 2 MB VRAM.
Voodoo I
Realistic expectations on a P133: you're hard CPU-limited. GLQuake at 512×384 lands roughly 20–25 fps. The Voodoo really needs a Pentium 200 MMX or better.
